This music workshop was an evening of celebration, full of laughter, excitement, power and amazing vibe in the air. 

It was such a pleasure to witness their fantastic energy and great fusion of so many different genres and instruments at A World Away 2019 Pre-Festival Music Jamming Workshop.

This is the first exhibition of its kind in Toronto, as it will allow the public to see a face of China that is less familiar.

Resist/co-exist illustrates the story of a place where people from different cultures have gathered together to make it their adopted home. Do the citizens of this newly adopted home place themselves into rigid cultural silos and resist each other? Or, do they breakdown the barriers, share each other’s values and traditions in order to coexist in harmony?
